Brandon was fantastic to work with. As first time homebuyers, he taught us a lot on what might cause potential issues, with knowledge of a ballpark fixing price and effort required on our price. During the whole process, Brandon never pressured us to make a purchase on any home. We felt as if he had our best interests in mind the entire time. He was incredibly helpful when we had some last minute curveballs from the bank, and walking us through all of our available options. My husband and I absolutely emphatically recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy a house. As first time home buyers, Brandon was incredibly patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for. He was beyond flexible and willing to meet us at every house we wanted to see, even taking us back for a second look on the same day or meeting us the very day a house popped up that we were interested in. Brandon was so responsive and easy to contact both when we had a question about a house or when we got into the process of making offers. More than all that, we really truly had a genuine feeling from Brandon that he did not just want to make a sale and move on from us. Every house we visited he had a checklist of items he looked out for and pointed out to us, that was even more extensive than what our parents told us to look for. Brandon knew that this was all new to us and that as first time home buyers we did not want to buy a house that would come with surprises down the line, and he pointed out things that went beyond aesthetics to make sure we fully understood what each house was going to need in the years ahead. His knowledge of homes in the central Minnesota area is extensive, as is his knowledge of house related repairs and updates and what that all means, which we were so grateful for. My parents even met Brandon a couple of times and they instantly felt better about us buying a house in his hands. When it was time for making offers, Brandon was always upfront and clear, and explained everything through in a way that was professional and not at all condescending. He knew exactly what steps to take on offers during the negotiation process, and was able to help us successfully navigate back and forth with the sellers on the house we ended up purchasing and getting them to complete needed safety repairs. We ended up finding the absolute perfect home in St. Louis Park and could not be more grateful for Brandons role in helping us get here! In summary, Brandon was an absolutely amazing realtor for us. We could not ask for anyone better, and we cannot wait until we know someone looking to buy a house so we can send them to Brandon!
