Brandon listened to all of our concerns and represented our wishes during every step of the process. We were unsure how things would go with all the challenges we felt COVID might present but to be honest all went very smooth. From the time our listing went live we had numerous showings and had multiple offers and accepted one in less than 5 days. Brandon kept up the great work right up until we closed on the house. ZillowVERIFIED November 2015: Brandon went out of his way to make our home buying process nothing but simple. My husband and I started with a different realtor who was willing to set up showings for us, but didn't help to provide us feedback on the styles of homes we were looking at, the location that would maybe suit us better, or things to consider when contemplating purchasing a house. Brandon was more than accommodating for all of our showing requests; he was communicative through all of the steps: letting us know he received our request, that he had sent a showing request to the selling agent, and when he expected to hear back about a showing time. We felt very included in the whole process, and like the process was ours to control. We have recommended him to anyone who is looking for a friendly, personable, and detail oriented realtor. I would find it hard for any person/clients to not enjoy working with him. June 2017, two years from our last review, we would still, over all other local realtors, recommend Brandon. We needed to sell our home due to relocation to another state. We worked with two different realtors in our out of state buying process and none of them compare to Brandon; we actually commented a few times "we wish Brandon was in Georgia!" He was timely in getting our house on the market with fabulous pictures, setting up an open house (which we didn't need), and getting us 10+ showings on the first day that our house was on the market. We again could not have been more thrilled with the communication along the way. He kept us well informed and truly made the whole process our decision; incoming offers, showing times, and what to expect in selling our home. There was nothing we would have done differently working with him and Accord Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm happy to recommend Brandon Grosse as a realtor. I think Brandon has at least three qualities that make him a stand-out realtor: 1) He KNOWS the area. Being a native of the area and with a builder for a father, Brandon knows the little stuff that is helpful when picking a home, especially when moving from out of town. He knows about the character of neighborhoods, traffics patterns, schools, coffee shops and restaurants, etc. Further, he knows the area so well that I don't think he ever turned on his GPS. He just knows. 2) The guy works HARD! He chases down every lead and looks into every possibility. He even sent a letter to every home in a particular neighborhood we were interested in to see if anyone was thinking of selling but hadn't yet put up a sign. He never said, "No, that's not worth my effort" to any request. 3) He's just a fun guy. If you are going to spend hours driving around Madison looking at homes, you want to do it with someone who is enjoyable to be with. Brandon is your guy. We were very pleased working with Brandon and would certainly use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 2nd home we purchased with Mr. Grosse and Accord Realty. Their service is simply second to none. To recommend him would be an understatement, you simply need to look no further than Brandon and Accord Realty. Mr. Grosse is the definition of professional & sincere. We choose Accord because of the personal touch they give to clients and the responsiveness. It is this fact that separates Accord from many of the other well known realty firms, where you are just a number. We experienced this first hand as our seller's agent from a larger realty firm was very sluggish and unresponsive, Brandon was the catalyst to make the deal final. Brandon was able to work well with our schedules and provided guidance for selling our existing home, as well as purchasing our new one. He is knowledgeable with the market and we felt quite comfortable with the listing advice, purchasing advice and negotiations. If your technologically savy, then your in good company with Brandon. Communication was a snap and e-mails were responded to in a very timely fashion. While we were in offer/paperwork phases, we simply could e-sign documents which proved to be very convenient as I'm frequently on the road for business. Brandon worked hard for our sale price and negotiated for our purchase price. We felt taken care of during all phases and he made the entire process a snap. I couldn't imagine selling and purchasing without a realtor and would never look to anyone other than Brandon and Accord.
