We would not have our home had it not been for Brandon. The journey, as it seems to for many now, took months, but he stuck with us and was diligent in sending us listings and attending open houses with us the whole way. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us shift and expand neighborhoods and towns as we learned through attending open houses. Even when we told him not to come because we were sure it would be a bust, he was there helping us figure out what we could learn to further hone our search. In addition to helping us find a few houses we loved (and lost), he was the reason we were able to secure our eventual home that we love more than any of the ones that came before it. Brandon helped us craft an offer and we were able to purchase without going well over asking and needing to be all cash. He was present throughout the buying process, communicating any and all updates as he had them. He also put us in touch with professionals that he trusted to help across the legal, mortgage, and inspection fronts.
