He literally took us by the hand and guided us every step of the way. His knowledge of the market and the area allowed us to find a home fairly quickly. He didn't waste our time showing us homes we couldn't afford or areas that we didn't want to live. He negotiated for us with the seller, found us great insurance, and showed us things to look for when buying a house that we never would of thought of. I must admit that the realtor that sold my house left me disenchanted, and skeptical. Without many choices, and living in a hotel I took a chance in this turbulent market, and called Brandon. What a breath of fresh air. His positive upbeat attitude mixed with his Midwest charm made speaking to him easy. He assured me that we would " get one", and that we did. We were casually looking into buying, but being 24/25yrs old, we had no idea how any of the home buying process worked. We went from just beginning to look at homes mid-May, and closed on a house at the end of June. Not only would Brandon reply to any question we had within minutes, he got us a fantastic deal on our house between the offer and seller credit. He knows the south Florida area inside and out (we've only been in FL for 3yrs, and do not know the area at all) and provided great insights of every property we looked at. To top it off, he had a great recommendation for an inspector, loan officer, and contractor for all the repairs we needed- all of his recommended people have been awesome. We plan to buy investment properties in the future, and we will be using Brandon for sure.
