Brandon does his homework on what your property should be worth and has a professional photographer come in to take pictures of the property. Hes well versed in the pros and cons of the different loans you might have to deal with and he keeps you in the loop on whats going on with your property, including a service that texts/emails you updates on upcoming deadlines. He took the time to make his own list as well. I have never met a better realtor. He was superb from beginning to end. You wont find a better, more qualified and more personable realtor. I have not always loved dealing with realtors. Brandon was the exception, with his patience, honesty and unparalleled attention to detail. We could easily have lost out on this house because of issues with getting a timely appraisal.. Brandon was on top of every single step and we could not have done it without him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandon was such a great buyers agent for us! It was a hard year to be a buyer (2016) and we went through a few realtors before finding Brandon. We are so glad we did. He knows so much about homes, sales agreements, the current market, contractors in the area, and financing. This made him the most well-rounded agent we worked with - yes, he was our 4th agent! The others tried to charm up the house, or only opened the door, then stood back to let us decide. Brandon was always in our corner, guiding our expectations and negotiating a fair deal. He also answered our calls, texts or emails, even if they were a bit unnecessary despite our anxious minds. The process to buy can be a tough one, and it certainly was for us in this market. ZillowVERIFIED Brandon was - in one word - amazing. He provided a level of service I could have never expected. This was my first sale and he walked me through every step. I lived in Vancouver for the duration of my Salem home sale and he took care of everything. He found great contractors for repairs and general maintenance that needed to be done, it was like he was selling his own home - he even went by at 6:30 in the morning the day of inspection to make sure everything was good to go. He got me a great price and made the process so smooth. Hes not your smarmy salesman type. Hes strait to the point, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive (called me back within minutes or less IF he missed my call), and willing to go the extra mile. Brandon showed us probably 30+ houses over the last few months and always made us feel that we were the only clients he ever had, by how much time he invested in us and house hunting with us. He was always willing to jump in the car and meet us at another house to view. While at these houses, he had always done some prior research and would let us know everything he could about the house and neighborhood. He would get on his hands and knees or up high to check things out for us. With his construction background, he had so many answers and estimates off the top of his head for us and possible projects that we might encounter. A couple times as we were in a house discussing a possible project for it, he would just get on the phone really quick with a professional that he knew and get a ballpark quote for us for whatever project we were talking about. Brandon was so knowledgeable as well always courteous and respectful, as well as very patient and playful with our two toddler boys, never making us feel like they were a nuisance to have tagging along. He helped us throughout the whole process and made it seem like we were his only clients. He was patient and gracious and answered all of our questions whether via phone call, text, or email. When we had problems with our first chosen mortgage broker he recommended someone else who was wonderful. They both worked together to help my husband and I feel much less overwhelmed with each decision. Brandon took us to view many homes throughout Salem and Keizer and was accommodating with our schedules. He was great in giving us candid advice and suggestions. We also had some last minute problems with closing and gaining access to our home and Brandon immediately made the phone calls needed to help fix the situation. ZillowVERIFIED Brandon was wonderful help in both buying a home and selling our home. There were negotiations that happened and he was so helpful and always looking out for us. He also advised us as we were making decisions that were really helpful. When it came time to close, we were in a situation where 2 other home buyers needed to close before we could close. Initially we were scheduled to all 3 close on the same day. Brandon checked with our loan officer and realized that in order for us to be able to close on the scheduled day, the other buyers needed to close the day before. He worked with the other agents and was able to get those transactions to happen so we could close in time. I would never want to go through buying or selling a house without a competent realtor and I would highly recommend Brandon Fahlman as that person.
