To my surprise, it was the exact opposite. Brandon listened to my wants and needs and showed me multiple homes to make sure that I was absolutely happy with my decision. When it came to needing financing and an attorney, Brandon also has a tremendous network of professionals ready and available to take me into the next step of the process. His father Judd Cohen was my attorney for the purchase and this dynamic duo of father and son allowed streamlined communication and ease. They made sure my best interests were always put first and they efficiently tackled any roadblock in my foreseeable future to achieve closing. When it came to making sure I was happy, Brandon stayed ready and willing to even show me other homes while I was under contract. Let me say that againaEUR| while I was under contract! This was huge because most realtors wouldnt bother and would be visibly annoyed that their precious commission might be postponed, but Not this guy!
