I'm already recommending Brandon to friends and family! He's genuinely the most amazing realtor and I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. He was the perfect realtor for first time homebuyers like my husband and I. He has a construction background and was incredibly knowledgeable about houses and was able to point out things we should take into consideration and give us a lot of information in each house we saw. We walked away from every house feeling like we knew what major issues we might be up against if we bought it, saving us time and money making offers and getting inspections on places where we would have been out of our depth. If you want a realtor who is willing to jump down into a (scary) crawlspace to look around for you, Brandon is your guy. Throughout the process he was always willing to take the extra time to explain the reasoning and procedure behind what was going on so we never felt like we were in the dark or not understanding the home buying process. He was very patient and kind but also willing to give it to us straight which was really valuable as we made decisions. I never got the feeling that he cared more about the commission or sale than us getting the right home for us. He was also just fun to work with and had a great sense of humor. Brandon is definitely the kind of realtor you want in your corner!

I highly recommend Brandon Caruso for all your real estate needs! Brandon is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, competent, and hard working. The listing Brandon put together for my sale was perfect, highlighting the positives, and targeting an audience who he knew would be interested in the property. Brandon was very responsive no matter the day of the week or the time of the day. Brandon offered some great recommendations to enhance the property but did so in a very respectful manner and was not pushy. My house was a small sale compared to some of the bigger, higher priced homes being sold, but Brandon treated me like I was selling a million-dollar home. Brandon dealt well with other brokers and kept me informed every step of the way. While selling a home can be stressful, Brandon kept me grounded. I felt respected throughout the process. The sale of my home was a success and I owe it all to Brandon.

We cannot recommend Brandon enough. He was a pleasure to work with while we were searching for our home here in Maine. Brandon went above and beyond what we anticipated in a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about homes and made sure to point out things that we would want to take into consideration with each home that we looked at with him. He was super patient and answered all of our questions and concerns with in a timely manner. We were very fortunate to stumble upon him. Our house hunt was a bit of a challenge because we where living in another State while trying to find another home. Brandon was very accommodating and would take time out of his weekends to meet with us to see different properties. He even offered to go to a couple of homes and do a video walk through showing if we were unable to be there in person. Very professional, very detailed and over all a excellent realtor to work with! You want him as your realtor!
