ZillowVERIFIED I think it goes without saying that purchasing a home in this particular area of Orange County can produce some challenges. During a time where houses were going in days, and buyers were coming in with deep pockets; I was your typical buyer using a VA loan going up against what felt like the world. With all that, Brandon eased my mind and explained his process on how we will overcome these preliminary obstacles. His methodology was simple, yet refreshing. Ideally, map the area(s) within my range, look for any any connections among listing agents, sellers and /or neighborhood that he or his team may have (Brandon is a long time native of the area). From this initial spiderweb of connections, we would then start to narrow down stronger connections / relationships etc, based on the search parameters assigned. This process was fun. It had me exploring zip codes or areas, which originally I didnt think I would, and it made the searches feel more personal. During the process, weekly, Brandon and his team would send us updates (new connections, price changes, conversations occurred with listing agents etc) and map out the houses I wanted to see. Each week I would select my interests and based on this list, he would map my path and add any notes needed. I have to be open and transparent, the VA loan wasnt as I envisioned in terms of ease of use. It was challenging, more so to convince or suggest why aEURoemy loan/offeraEUR? was the best. Brandon did a great job helping me promote the strengths rather then the weaknesses. He was always very professional in doing so. Ultimately, because of his research and work ethic (setting up meetings, text, in person meetings etc) it all worked out. Brandon is the kind of person you want to guide you through this process.

We listed our house with him and trusted that he would recommend and manage the sale without undue effort on our part because we moved to another state before putting it on the market. He did exactly what was needed. Even in this aEUR~sellers market things can get a little problematic. At one point we wanted to walk away from the offer because we knew that the inspection was blatantly inaccurate. After Brandon intervened, the inspector apologized in writing and due to Brandons negotiation skills he saved the deal. If you want an honest and responsive agent Brandon is your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Brandon to sell a house in Orange County and enjoyed working with him. I called a number of agents to understand their sales strategy prior to selecting Brandon. He took the time to do an analysis of our property and comps before we even chose him, which is one of the reasons that we decided to work with him. Brandon was always immediately responsive, not only to me but to other agents who contacted him looking to schedule showings for their clients. He says he has sold 1300 homes, which I believe, and has seen it all. When our first offer fell out of escrow and we had to restart the process, he saw it coming before we even got the cancellation notification, and guided us expertly through the whole sales process, not just once but twice. Brandon is also an excellent negotiator. He does it so nicely, you don't really realize he's negotiating, but he is. You walk away from a conversation thinking you'd just had a nice chat, realizing later that he was actually negotiating. Contrary to most real estate agents selling a house, his solution to a problem is not to immediately drop the price, which is refreshing.

The unit was received as described and had all of the amenities needed for ease of day to day living. Whatever my question or concern, Brandon addressed it immediately. When a unexpected building wide flood occurred, while it was my intention to simply inform him as the Property Manager, Brandon followed up by so kindly allowing me immediate use of another, close-by property for the six weeks or so I (and all of the other building tenants) needed to vacate the building. I did not expect to be put up elsewhere, which just goes to show the professional and personal care and compassion Brandon has for others. Had my job not taken me away, I would like to think that I would still be living in the downtown condo I came to call home for just over a year, while continuing to work with Brandon Brown (and his committed team).
