She was very helpful and answered all of our questions and focused on all our wants and needs in a home! We had switched realtors as our previous one was very unhelpful and unsuccessful and then we met Brandin and had purchased our home within 3 months! I highly recommend her and would totally go through her again in future buying and selling!!!

Brandin was very knowledgeable and skilled in the sale of my house. Once I was in contact with her and we went over all the details my house was on the market and ready to sell within a week. She worked hard to get my the most out of my house and made the whole process extremely simple and easy. My house sold very quickly and closing profit was in my account the next biasness day. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area.

Honest agent that always answers her phone and available when ever we needed her. Highly recommended. She is able to show property all over the Inland Empire, willing to work weekends and night.

Answered Questions

Should I tell our insurance company about a reno?

Illinois may have different laws, but in california, If it adds value, I would definitely let the insurance company know. Especially if you would like the insurance to repair it.
