Review Worked with Chad Clark to buy a house for the first time. Chad was always available and responsive. When I originally called, I was trying to reach Brandie. Chad was the one that answered the phone and he offered a face to face meeting to see if I would be interested in working with him since Brandie mainly does listings/sales. I was originally worried since Chad's office was a bit far from where we were looking (we were looking in Longwood/Altamonte Springs/Winter Springs area). Chad never made us feel like he couldn't come out when we needed him. Almost every house we looked at was easily 30-45 minutes away and he never hesitated to make the drive. 2 days after meeting with Chad, we were out looking at houses. I remember that first day, we had looked at 5 or 6 houses in different areas of central Florida. Chad drove everywhere with us and never rushed us through a showing. (There was 4 of us looking at houses). When we found a house we liked, Chad was very quick in writing up and submitting an offer (Same day). We wanted every corner of the house inspected. Not only did he supply us with plenty of inspectors, he made sure to come out when he can to be available for support throughout the process. After the inspections, the house needed some repair/work done to it. Again, Chad did not come short in helping out with either making calls or coming out to the property. We first met Chad the first week of May and closed on a house in mid June.

Never met Brandi only the Empower team. We chose them because their presentation & promises of team work that made them better than everyone else and therefore worth 7percent commission. There were good things but too many issues to be worth that price. Short version.. We didnt go live on MLS on 3/1 -after I called they scrambled photos etc and made it late the next day. Didnt receive initial sign up paperwork until asked. Found out our counter offer to sellers had been accepted the day after expiration from another realtor cancelling a showingaEUR?because you are under contractaEUR? . Inspection scheduled & rescheduled and then buyers and inspectors all showed up on original date as we were completing repairs. Pictures were great , staging assistance was great, and eventually we sold 10 percent less than listed 4/28. Everyone was polite and apologetic but for such a big transaction for us we were hoping for more.
