She was so set on helping me since I did not know the area. Was able to find a home but unfortunately it was not right for us. She, however, did not give up on us and sent many photos of places for us to look at. We ended up coming to Abilene to visit and also house hunt. We decided to rent and with Monyas help did find a great house! Forward a year and now we are living in a brand new house that we own. Kandi quickly responded to all of our questions and made herself available whenever we needed something. The main thing that I really appreciated about Kandi was that she knew her stuff. Mainly, she could look at a home and point out structural issues or other potential problems. So, she wasnt just interested in making a quick sale, she really wanted to make sure she was helping us buy the best home for our needs. Another aspect I appreciated was that she was easygoing, and there were absolutely no high-pressure tactics.
