ZillowVERIFIED Brandi is a rockstar! We live in NJ and were looking for land in North Carolina. Brandi was so proactive in pulling land in different areas for us, explaining the different towns and how things work in NC. Then she sent us the PERFECT land..it was just hours before my family left for a week's vacation (out of the country)..... so Brandi negotiated a due diligence period to ensure the land would be held until we got back and could make the 8+ hour trip down to see it! We loved it! When it was time to do the septic perc test.. it was Brandi that went to the Environmental office to get the flags and used a map that we sent her to place the flags for the guy to do the test! And if that wasn't enough Brandi researched builders and we ultimately went with one that she found for us. I mean talk about someone going above and beyond!! Thank you Brandi, you are truly amazing!

She took detailed videos of each property we were interested in; that way we knew exactly what we were in for. Brandi was also super flexible with us. That's where we found Brandi. She was easy to talk to and she took her time to really understand not only what we were looking for but also our financial stand point and family priorities. She was able to pin point exactly what we were looking for and restore our hopes in finding our forever home. The very first offer we placed on a home I'm NC with her as our agent and guidance, we got accepted.
