ZillowVERIFIEDWe cant say enough good things about Brandi, Michelle, Taylor and the whole team at The Williamson Group. From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and thorough. They made selling our home in Arcadia a smooth and painless process. We would definitely recommend them, and hopefully we get the chance to work with them again in the future :) Haley & Bryce Sargent

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi and the team at The Williamson Group Realty were phenomenal!! They helped us navigate through the entire selling process, obtaining a reasonable and fair price for the home that we needed to sell quickly due to a very unexpected and tragic loss. I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs one might have. From the very beginning, Brandi understood what we wanted and needed, and the home was sold in under a month from the time of listing to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED We are repeat customers! Brandi has a wide breath of knowledge, is no nonsense and does her work with integrity and compassion. She told us upfront the challenges our property may face when selling it because of the age. She was right, and got us through!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi from The Williamson Group made our hunt for a house extremely easy. She took all the worries and stress out of closing on the house from being out of state. From dealing directly with the title comoany and making arrangements to have paperwork and wire transfer done prior to closing, providing utilities information, and doing the final walk through for us. Thank you Brandi!

ZillowVERIFIED It was time to sell the property my parents had lived in for 50 years. Needless to say the process was filled with emotion on my part, and I lived 650 miles away. From our first meeting Brandi, my realtor from Williamson Group made me feel comfortable and her easy approach to "everything" made the experience seem effortless. She was there immediately for every question that arose, walked me through every piece of paperwork and sometimes just reassured me things were moving along smoothly. If I ever have the need for realtor services again there is no question Williamson Group will be my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I had such a great experience with The Williamson Group. Brandi and Taylor were quick to answer any questions that I had, and being that my husband and I had never sold a house before, we had a lot. We had a few hiccups on the way, never at the fault of The Williamson Group, and they were always a phone call away to solve the problem. I highly recommend them, and would be more than willing to work with them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Signed up with Williamson Group because they had a very impressive reputation in DeSoto County. It seemed like any place I saw one of their For Sale signs around town it was gone (Property Sold) not too long later. I saw this also in my neighborhood, where 3 or 4 properties they had listed sold very quickly; I assumed this was due to their marketing skills. A friend of mine listed his parents' home with Williamson, and he raved about how quickly it sold, and how they kept him informed of the procedure and progress along the way. So actually, it was a "No Brainer" for me to list with them. My own experience --- Had a couple set-backs along the way, no fault of the Realtor. A couple of prospective buyers, who seemed really interested in my home, asking many questions, indicating they were really interested, suddenly changed their mind. Another prospective buyer, who even signed a contract and then at the last minute was denied the loan, was a dissapointment to me, but Brandi and her entire staff would not let me get discouraged. I highly recommend Williamson Group to be your Realtor. You'll Be In Great Hands With Williamson.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home with Michelle in February 2018. On the inspection of the home, Michelle pointed out several things that needed attention and/or repairs that I would have missed. She and her team are very thorough with details. We had 2 issues during the listing and again they were very helpful, supportive and patience until both were resolved. It was a pleasure to deal with Michelle, Brandi and the entire team and we will definitely recommend them to others.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Michelle Williamson ! She worked with me long distance in my search for property in Florida, showing me photos and info on the computer, emailing me, communicating on the phone, even having an associate take a video of some land for me to get a better idea. She was never pushy, but always got right back to me. Her sincerity and efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thanks so much !!
