What really set her apart was that she researched HOA restrictions before sending listings, saving us time and helping us avoid homes that werent a good fit. We ended up buying a new construction home, so we didnt need the typical realtor involvement, but Whitney still checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always ready to help if we needed her. ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved working with Brandi! We were buying a house for our daughter who goes to school at the University of Tulsa and we live in Missouri. She made it so easy for us in spite of the distance. She listened and found exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time with houses that were not suitable. We were looking for something very specific and she didn't just try to make a sale. She was honest about why some houses were not what we needed which was very much appreciated. Her staff was also very good to work with and the communication was excellent. They went out of their way to help and accommodate us. If were were shopping for another house in the Tulsa area, I would definitely call on Brandi to help us again!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Brandi and I was eager to work with her based on her great reviews! Unfortunately my experience was TERRIBLE. There were repairs that needed to be done on my home I was selling and Brandi referred me to a contractor. The contractor is absolutely terrible to work with and ended up costing me so much money in unnecessary expenses due to him not completing the job. My closing was pushed off twice and Brandi kept telling me she was confident in him even after I had expressed concerns to her. Brandi is not responsive and took no responsibility for creating the mess I am in. I hope others have a better experience with supposedly one of Tulsas Best Realtors.

At no point during the buying process were we out of touch. I could reach her by text, phone, email, etc. Looking at homes with Brandi is great. She sees everything and looks at it with a critical eye. She does not want you to buy a house that isnt right for you. I felt extremely confident with her representation and at no point did I have cold feet about signing on the dotted line (lots of signing!). You cannot go wrong working with Brandi. ZillowVERIFIED Written July 2018. My wife and I used Brandi to purchase our home and her 24 years of experience really showed. I want to provide as objective a review as possible so I've outlined what I feel were the major benefits/drawbacks of her service. The Good: 1) EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Knew every part of town and was able to describe much more than the typical "here's what you get for your money". Every realtor can do that, Brandi was able to pinpoint which parts of town have common issues, where you need to be for upcoming school districts (not just based on their State score), etc... She also knew every single part of the buying/selling process, as you'd expect after almost a quarter century in the profession, and this took a lot of stress from our shoulders. Knowing the process allows Brandi to explain everything in easy details and ensure nothing is missed by the others involved in the process (title company, seller's agent, etc...) which happened a couple of times to us and from my research seems fairly common, it being a complicated process after all. This really leads into the next positive. 2) Negotiation. She has both the expertise but also the determination to ensure her client gets the best deal possible. In our situation she was able to negotiate more than we had expected, and at the last when the other agent had made a mistake, she passionately advocated on our behalf and refused to budge until things were corrected. You want to have somebody actually in your corner and not just there during the early days when they want your custom? Use Brandi. 3) Her efficiency. Especially when it came to organizing viewings, Brandi was able to set them up extremely quickly, numerous times we saw something we wanted to view in the middle of the day and on the fly she was able to get us in, no doubt due to her connections with just about every relevant individual in town. The Bad: 1) Honestly, nothing. Brandi no doubt serves lots of clients, so you won't be her only one if that matters to you. But between Brandi, her husband (who also came and looked over the house we ended up buying, just to make sure we weren't throwing money away on an inspection), and her assistant Bre - you are getting speedy responses every hour of the day anyway. And her success is what has given her the expertise that you need on your side during this process. Can't recommend her highly enough and I already know others who are going to go through her in the coming weeks/months - when we move we certainly will be contacting her again.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Brandi. She has a long career in Tulsa real estate and was very knowledgable on the ins and outs of the selling/buying process. We especially appreciated her use of new technologies, including electronic signatures, regular correspondence via group text with my husband and myself, and other methods to make sure we were all in the loop at all times. Since my husband and I both work and have a toddler at home, our schedules can be chaotic and it was such a help that Brandi utilized these methods to make sure we were signing everything we needed to sign without having to meet in person and arrange time off work. Brandi was very easy to get along with, and provided us with some much needed support and encouragement as we navigated the selling process of our first home. We would definitively use Brandi again in the future, and certainly intend to do just that should the opportunity ever arise!
