ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I were very pleased with Albert Ramirezs help in guiding the sale of our home. We had moved out of the area 18 months prior and were unfamiliar with local trends. We could tell Al did his homework to put together a solid home valuation for the time and market conditions. Al also helped us navigate points within "the deal" as to when and where we should hold the line as well as navigate which requests from the buyer were reasonable to accommodate/aEURoegive inaEUR?. The home sale transaction was smooth and painless and we closed as scheduled and without delays! ? While we've heard of some realtors playing a "hammer head shark" game, pounding their way through to a solution, our experience with Al is that business transactions can be professional, smooth, and "win-win" for both parties!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the BEST experience working with Zach! We had an unfortunate circumstance and he worked hard for us. He negotiated deposits down for us and was always available any tome of day when we had questions. I would definitely recommend Zach Cook to all my family and friends!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi really went above and beyond for my family and me. The buyers agent was less than accommodating and Brandi made sure the buyers agent was held accountable and everything was done by the book. She held our hand through every step and made sure we had complete disclosure through it all. She worked tirelessly morning, non and the wee hours to ensure our needs were met. We couldnt be more thrilled. Sold the house in less than TWO WEEKS!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi made us feel comfortable and important from the minute we met. She always helped answer any concerns we had and listened to our side. When negotiations got tough she held a hard line on our behalf. Brandis patience is impeccable due to the really tough sale we had. I think through the process with Brandi we gained a family friend and not just some lady who sold our house. Brandi is very knowledgeable about the area and works very hard to get your house sold quickly and for top dollar. My family would definitely use Brandi Cook for any future real estate transactions done in her area.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi Cook is a true real estate professional! We utilized her services for selling our home, buying a new build and finding a rental until our new home was finished. We had several issues with our closing, delays etc. and a short time to find a rental. All of this craziness was handled smoothly and professionally by Brandi. She was so helpful, available anytime I had questions and always kept me informed of what the status was of anything going on. I highly recommend Brandi for all of your real estate needs. Wonderful Lady to work with!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi Cook was able to sell our home in less than two weeks. & got what we wanted for our home. We were very pleased with her professionalism and commitment. She went out of her way to put in Glade plug ins to make sure our home didn't get stuffy smelling. I recommended her to my mom who thought she was ready for a move & changed her mind in the middle. Brandi spent a lot of time driving her around & I was very appreciative that she didn't make her feel bad for changing her mind. Brandi truly cares about her clients and makes each one feel like family.

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly I never felt I needed to write a review for Mrs.Brandi Cook However it hurt my heart someone will drag her name in the mud like a review I read. As I was sending a friend of mine to go look her up I see such nasty review. I'm sorry y'all had a bad experience however as a client of hers and a veterans wife Mrs Cook is nothing but helpful. She bent over and backwards for us.. I was ready to quit searching for a home and she didn't give up on us cause she knew we were frustrated but she didn't give up on us she fought for us and now we are proud owners of a beautiful home. Not only is she an awesome realitor she is now a refered realitor . Brandi thank you for all you did for us and I will continue to send clients your way. Much love, The Franks.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi is the best there is. I just purchased my first home and, I'm positive, I got spoiled having her as my agent. I spoke to a few friends who had recently purchased homes and they were warning me of how stressful it is and how their agents were late to showings or didn't provide good information to them. None of that happened with Brandi. I didn't stress over a single thing. She's super friendly and highly knowledgeable and I found my home rather quickly with her on my team.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandi was so great to work with! If she didn't know the answer right away, she made sure she found out quickly. She was very devoted to us and it made our home buying experience so easy; even after we closed she was still available to us to help with some issues that were unexpected.

ZillowVERIFIED We have Brandi an idea of what we wanted for a house and she nailed it to a T. We were coming from out of state and had no inclination of where we were going. My family and I love the home and the neighborhood. She took in consideration of house and family size, schools, location, ect...Thanks so very much for helping us find our new home.
