Our experience with Brandi was great! She provided a great deal of information on her first visit both about her qualifications, and suggestions based on research of similar sales in the area. Brandi was able to recommend local companies for services such as pressure washing and well treatment which facilitated the work which needed to be done to attract buyers and as part of the sale process. She also hired an photographer who produced great ground and drone pictures which resulted in offers very quickly after the house went on the market. The sale went through quickly, at a price above our expectations. Brandi guided us through the process and was always ready to explain and answer questions.

I can NOT say enough good things about Brandi! She worked many hours with us to sell our home which included open houses, taking it off the market, putting it back on the market, dealing with some hard headed potential buyers, and buying our new home! I'm sure she wanted to pull her hair out having to deal with us, but at the end of the day she got the job done. She treated us and our boys like family and we LOVED being able to work with her and getting to know her on a personal level. We will be using Brandi again if we ever had to move.

Brandi recently helped us find our home in Greene County, VA. We could not be more pleased with the experience. Brandi listed and sold my home and she went far above and beyond what any agent should ever have to do/deal with. She encountered many issues from the very beginning and was very kind and gracious with each situation that arose. A lot of things were thrown her way, that were outside of my control, yet even when it was apparent she was being undermined by the co-owner of the home, she never got upset.
