ZillowVERIFIED Brandee was amazing. We wanted to sell land and a mobile home owned by my deceased brother. We do not live in Florida and so everything had to be handled remotely. Brandee was incredibly responsive to all my calls and questions. She even responded while she was ill. Within four days of my initial contact with Brandee, she had completed her assessment of the property and had bids to complete upgrades to the mobile home. We had a very good discussion about options for the mobile home and decided to donate rather than sell it. Her knowledge of the mobile home market was extensive and very helpful in our decision-making process. We had a multi buyer situation after only 12 hours on the market at full purchase price and when the buyers financing became an issue at closing they pursued the buyers side with vigor to make sure closing wasn't pushed back. To add to the complication we had moved away from the area and were forced to do all of our paper work remotely. They had everything lined up and ended up without an issue due to geographic separation. I have loved working with them and would contact only them if I ever need to buy or sell in the panhandle again. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Worst realtor Ive ever had. As an out of state buyer I expected her to have my best interest as a top priority. She provided no assistance to help determine a fair price on the house. Her inspector told us everything was in working order, however the air conditioning and heat pump were defective a five thousand dollar repair the first month in the house. Never checked permits for roof found out the roof should have never passed inspection now to sell this house we have to spend another eight thousand for a new roof.She was worthless. She should have informed us the house was ten thousand dollars overpriced. She totally ruined our Florida move.If you are from out of state never use her for a realtor, run from her and block her emails
