Brance was very knowledgeable about the local market, easy to talk to and very prompt with his responses. He was professional and worked hard to get us what we wanted from our home. We were very pleased with our experience and will use him again in the future if the need arises.

Brance was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping us buy a house. He was able to help us any day and time we needed him. He was always super quick to get us in to view houses and kept us in the loop when negotiating.

Brance was very professional, knowledgeable about the market, process and found us the perfect home. He sold our home witching 2 days on the market and got us in our new home in a very smooth transaction!! Highly recommended!

Brance made our first home buying experience a breeze! I had lots of questions and he always went above and beyond to answer them! He was literally just a text message away and I text him just about everyday with my questions and concerns and he never hesitated to help! I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Brance!
