ZillowVERIFIEDBrady was amazing! We let him know early on that we were not in a rush and we had strong goals for what we wanted in a home and firm on location and price. He listened so well to what we wanted and was so patient. We were also never presented with options that werent in line with what wed discussed. He helped us find several great options and we really loved every home he brought us to tour. It was so nice to have his honest opinions on each home and giving us things to think about pros/cons. We never felt pressured to put in an offer and he was very respectful of our time while being always available to answer questions and advocate for us. We ended up spending under budget in a gorgeous home in St Johns with a pool that we never thought wed be able to find in our budget. I'm going to recommend him to all my local friends!!
