It was an absolute amazing experience working with Brady in the sale and purchasing of our new home. His support throughout far exceeded me and my wife's expectations. Although he had other listings he truly made us feel like we were #1. He was always avalible and his presence during every phase was greatly second to none. We sold our home quickly comparative to others in the neighborhood that were sitting stagnant in a very rough market. Brady was absolutely incredible to work with. We just sold our house with him in Jacksonville and got more than we anticipated. He was super knowledgeable about negotiating for offers to help us get the most out of it with low stress. What really stood out about Brady was his patience and non-biased approach to real estate. He was so personal and honest about setting our expectations. He also had allll the best contacts for everything we needed done to get the house sell ready. We needed a roofer, A/C guy, and a few other things and Brady handled the contact for that and ensured we had everything completed with plenty of time before our deadlines. He also helped us buy our dream home at a price way lower than our budget. I He was so patient with us because we went back and forth on what our priorities were. I will be recommending Brady to everyone!
