ZillowVERIFIEDBrad did an excellent job as my agent. He did a great walk thru and identified items upfront I needed to repair so when the inspection was done I had already got every thing taken care of. His customer service skills along with knowledge of the market in surrounding area greatly helped me in selling my parents house quickly and for market value.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt has been truly a wonderful experience working with Brad Ruhl. Brad is an honest and hard working broker. He helped my elderly mom get into a cute house in Hannibal and helped with all the closing. My mom had broken her right fore arm Brad is truly a christian man that helped her get out of a bad situation. God Bless Brad & the team at Ravencroft reality I feel very confident that Mr. Ruhl could help anyone get a better deal.
ZillowVERIFIEDBrad went above and beyond for us when looking for our perfect lake house! He spent several hours each weekend until we found exactly what we wanted!! He knows his stuff!! He?s honest, kind, and is your biggest advocate!!
