ZillowVERIFIED Brad was extremely prompt in his responses and service. My only concern would have been Brads advice to list our property at a lower price as well as advising us to take a lower offer with no counter offer. In the end I followed my gut and got my counter price. Brads advice was solid however it did not feel like he was trying to get the best price for me. Brad did keep the process moving and made the transactions easy. Thanks Brad!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed with Brad in June, 1914 and had a sale in December, 1914 but the buyer backed out. We had another sale in August, 1914 but that sale backed out. Brad pursevered and we received anothe sale in Sepeember, 2015 which closed on September 30, 2015. The third sale was the charm.

It would be difficult to overstate the high quality of our experience with Brad. He is a consummate professional. He was thoroughly prepared. He knows the region well. He is an excellent communicator, always providing prompt feedback after showings. Brad assisted other realtors who showed our home, but were not as well equipped to appreciate the attributes of the site or the homeowners association benefits.
