Before choosing an agent, we conducted an extensive search to select the best company based on their track history, knowledge of the local housing market and promotion of their listings. The Medford Real Estate Team stood out as one of the best in the San Francisco Bay Area with excellent reviews, a strong social media presence and highly visible listings.When we met with Bradley, he spent hours answering our questions--providing objective data regarding comps in our area as well as realistic statistics on current their listings and projected time on the market. Considering we were attempting to sell in the winter during the COVID pandemic, we were concerned that selling our house would be challenging. Bradley made the process incredibly easy taking extra steps including assisting with the renovations, offering staging tips, providing professional photographs as well as a state-of-the-art video and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away! If it wasn't for Bradley, my fiancA(C) and I wouldn't have found our dream home. We started working with Bradley a year ago. We are first-time home buyers, so not only did we have a ton of questions, we also didn't know exactly what we wanted in our first home. No matter what the year threw at us, Bradley always had our backs and was someone we could lean on and trust. He would always go above and beyond when we asked him questions. He was always understanding and rolled with the punches, when things would go sideways. When we, as first time homebuyers, did not listen and got our hearts broken many times, Bradley was there to catch us. I remember a time where we had to submit an offer in less than 24 hours after seeing the home, and Bradley was walking us through the details into the late evening because the offer was due at 8am the next day.Bradley is very smart and knows the market very well. In this hot market, we looked at a lot of homes and put in a lot of offers. With Bradley's unique knowledge and understanding of the market, we always were in the top 3 when it came to offers. Bradley is one of the best!! He helped my fiance and I through the buying process of our first home and happy to say we're now in a home that we love!
