1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first step in purchasing a home would be to find a Realtor that you like and trust. He/she will then refer you to a trustworthy lender who can help you with financing. If you are purchasing with cash, a lender is not necessary. Once you have found a reliable Realtor and lender, they can both walk you through the process and answer any and all questions that you may have.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It is very important that you work with a Realtor who has the reputation of being able to sell homes effectively. I would suggest interviewing multiple agents before committing to one just so you know what your options are. Make sure your agent has a system that produces predictable results. In this marketplace, taking pictures and posting it on the MLS is not enough to get top dollar for your home. I have included out 75 Point Marketing Plan to show you what we would do upon listing your home, and to show you what you should expect from your Realtor. This is important because ineffective marketing can cost you thousands of dollars in the long-term.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of clients. To name a few, they include: first-time homebuyers, people looking to relocate (to and from the area), short sale, investors, renters, etc.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently assisted a first-time homebuyer purchase their first home. They came into the transaction completely confused as to what to do, and were very nervous moving forward. I was able to utilize my expertise to coach them through the entire experience, and help them purchase their dream home. Seeing their smiles at the closing table was extremely satisfying, and is the reason why I love being an agent.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My family has always been involved in real estate, and I have always had an interest for the industry. With my entrepreneurial mindset, I felt real estate would be the best career for me. Ever since I started in 2016, I have been in love and plan on utilizing real estate as a career for many years to come.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Growing up, my mother owned her own business, so I grew up observing what it takes to run a successful business. I have been able to learn from her throughout the years, and have taken what I learned from her and translated it into my business. Because of this opportunity from such a young age, I have developed the discipline to work hard day in and day out, and have developed the habit of putting my clients first. I truly enjoy helping others, and have committed myself to helping people on one of their biggest investments of their lifetime.
