Bradley is the guy you want on your side during the negotiation, that's a given. He's creative in the offer making process and very quick. But the thing that sets him apart from most other realtors is his follow through after the closing. He could not have done more for me after the sale to help me acclimate in my new home, community and state. I have to tell you that if moving day had been a fish, I would have thrown it back. Enter Bradley to the rescue, he and an HVAC man showed up at my front door ready to fix what needed fixing. He took the time to show me how to use my cell phone as a hot spot until I could get Wi-Fi installed. His knowledge and deep "Rolodex" will be there when you need it too.
