ZillowVERIFIEDBrad has been awesome! He has helped me with renting, buying, and selling. He is very personable and on time. Before you go to a location he will have already done his research. Local knowledge is an 10/10 and we considered multiple areas throughout Maryland. His connections can help your process if you dont have companies picked out for steps such as financing (closing), inspections, etc. Also, Brad is not pushy; he genuinely wants to help you find the best fit for YOU.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home-buyer with little to no understanding of the complex undertaking involved in buying a home, I can say that I was unbelievably fortunate to have Brad as my agent. He consistently went above and beyond to provide me with any and all information about the areas I was interested in, the specific homes I liked, and the steps I would need to take to find my ideal home. Whenever I had a question or concern (and there were many, as I am someone with no experience in this process) he always answered me promptly and with respect. Most importantly, he was always honest with me; if something didn't seem right, he'd say so. There was never a sense that he was only in it for his commission; he genuinely wanted to make sure I found a place I would love. You can't fake that kind of sincerity. While I'm by no means an expert now, all I can say is that if anyone looking to buy a home ever asks me if "I know a guy", I can reply with certainty that I know JUST the guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Brad was an all around pleasure. He expertly navigated us through a complicated process and ensured all our questions were answered and accurate. When we got a pretty lengthy repair list following the home inspection, he worked very closely with us and went above and beyond to ensure we were ready for closing. I would strongly recommend working with Brad and look forward to working with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Brad Knauss. We were coming to Maryland from out of state and Brad did a great job negotiating the contract and following up on the details. He arranged all of the pre-closing inspections and made sure the purchase went to closing with no problems. He is responsive and very knowledgable of the current state of the market and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of using Brad as our realtor while we searched for and purchased a home in Ellicott City. Brad was delightful, informed, and responsive. He gave great advice while showing a lot of patience as we toured approximately 15 properties over the course of a month and a half. He has a tremendous grasp of the market and how to approach each neighborhood. I highly recommend using Brad Knauss as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a downtown earth, knowledgeable realtor. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy or like we were being talked into anything. He was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs, often doing same day showings. Once we were under contract, he answered all questions without hesitation and advocated on our behalf. Thanks to Brad, we are in a home we love!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are sort of in a bi-coastal living situation. We began the process of buying a house while we were both in CA. Brad was super helpful in communicating and giving us house information. He even took time to visit homes while on video chat with us. Once my husband was in MD (I stayed in CA), they worked together visiting several homes and ultimately finding the house we put an offer in. The negotiation process was stressful at times but Brad made it much easier to navigate by communicating well with us and the seller's listing agent. He was present during inspections and helped with scheduling and ensuring all paperwork was correct and submitted in a timely manner. We are completely satisfied and would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a home! Plus he has a great sense of humor and we appreciate his honest approach to home purchasing.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad helped us purchase our new home and sell our old home at the same time. We could not have had a better experience. We were nervous going into the process, and he made sure to address all of our concerns and put our minds at ease. We had to act fast and make difficult decisions quickly, and he was there to communicate all options and provide advice that helped my wife and I make the right decisions that got us into our new home. He came in prepared with comps and suggested a sale price we were comfortable with and provided plenty of interest. The quality that my wife and I appreciated the most was his availability and responsiveness. We did not have to wait for a response from him. We would highly recommend working with Brad.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was very helpful in going through the home purchasing process. As a first time buyer here in MD he kept us well informed and up to date as things developed from making the offer to closing. He was quick to respond to all of our needs, staying in touch with us throughout the entire process. Starting off he worked with us through midnight to put a bid in on a competitive property to make sure our offer would be considered. We ultimately ended up with the property and were happy with Brad's services.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I shopped a lot of open houses solo because we wanted to keep an open mind. We met Brad at an open house and were endeared to his personable and kind approach. He never presented as over aggressive or too passive. He was genuine, honest and knowledgable. He gave us free advice without trying to sign us on as clients. He truly consulted us. After signing on the experience got better. Brad presented as more personable, absolutely knowledgeable from beginning to end of the process, flexible, accommodating and worked hard on our behalf. Brad is easy to communicate with across all mediums. Plus he keeps and extended network of providers related to the business that are not heavy handed in pricing and work on the same efficiency and great quality that Brad does. Brad is an overall great guy. You can't go wrong having him aide and represent you in your home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED We just moved to Baltimore and were looking around at houses when we stumbled upon a place and met with Brad to learn more details. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable about his properties and walked us through the house several different times. He is prompt when it comes to getting in touch via email and phone but also keeps the client as his first priority (i.e. Not texting/answering calls while working with you). It's refreshing to work with an agent that puts you at ease right away- Brad is the reason we got the place we wanted!

ZillowVERIFIED Some Realtors are responsive and available before and during the selling process. Only a few great ones remain accessible and receptive after the funds are distributed and commissions are paid. Brad is one of them. When the HOA stated that they did not receive the HUB settlement sheet, Brad quickly forward the information. When the seller agent did not provide information on the postal box number, Brad quickly, follow up on it. If you want a Realtor who will be there before, during and most importantly after the Home buying/selling process, he is the MAN. Happy First Time Home Buyer,

ZillowVERIFIED Brad is an awesome real estate agent. Helpful, available, knowledgeable, resourceful, professional, flexible, never gave any pressure, and very easy to understand. I'm not sure what a better agent could possibly be beyond that. After working with many agents, Brad is definitely the best by far. My only regret is that he could only help buy one home... would definitely work with him again anytime. Cant even think of a complaint when trying to.
