Bradley Hall

Born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina, real estate has been part of my story from an early age. At just 10 years old, I began cutting grass for multiple single-family properties owned by a well-established real estate company in Gaffney, SC. Even then, I took pride in making sure each home for sale looked like somewhere someone would be proud to call "home." That early experience sparked a passion that would later shape my career.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a BA in Business Management and Administration, I began my professional journey in operations management within the food industry in Henderson County, NC. After four years of growth and leadership development, I decided to pursue my true passion - real estate.

Following my graduation from The Wyatt Real Estate Institute, I launched my real estate career with a local brokerage where I served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion and earned my At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designations. Creating inclusive, respectful, and welcoming experiences for every client has always been central to who I am.

Over the past eight years, my business has grown through relationships, referrals, and trust. I'm proud to be consistently recognized as a Top Agent (2022-2026), ranked in the top 10% of Realtors in my association, and honored as Greenville's Best Realtor in 2023 and 2025 through The Post and Courier Readers' Choice Awards.

Whether you're buying, selling, relocating, or investing in Spartanburg or anywhere in the Upstate, I bring a strong work ethic, uncompromising values, and a commitment to delivering solutions that align with your goals.

I would be honored to help you navigate your next chapter - and find the place you're proud to call home.
