Excellent service through out. Responded to all of my special requests. Understands the market and negotiation strategy. Brads recommendation to get seller credits verses purchase price was perfect for my situation. I personally prefer to hold on to cash and am willing to pay a couple bucks more per month. Brad was also very knowledgeable in regards to issue that came up with the home inspection. I would recommend others to use his services in the future.

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was honest when we were negotiating and made sure we knew what to expect at closing. He drove the 50 miles one way to show us properties and he took his time and we never felt we were being rushed as we looked at properties we were interested in. Brad answered all of our questions in a timely manner and we did not feel like we were just a number. We felt he was very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend Brad for anyone either buying or selling real estate.
