I had recently sold a home with a realtor in Nevada County and my experience with them was not a good one, so when I experience the top notch service provided by Bradley Fowler, it was near and dear to my heart. He really took the time to listen to my needs and what I was looking for in a home, which meant that every house he showed me was a great possible fit. He is professional, friendly, proactive, and responds quickly. Not only did he take care of me, but he also stepped in and assisted the seller's when their realtor stopped responding to them. Without Bradley, we would not have closed on the house; but, not only did we close, we closed early!!! Every time one of the other entities involved in the house buying process threw a curve ball, Bradley diligently stepped in and solved the issue in a timely and professional manner. I cannot say this for all of the other entities, as they did not seem to care much about me as a person. Bradley made the home buying process as easy as possible where I felt valued and listened to. He creatively problem-solved when issues cropped up with the sellers, my lender, or the title company. Thank you soooooo much for all you do and for the amazingly great human being you are. I will never use anyone other than Bradley! If you want the home buying process to run as smooth as possible, then Bradley Fowler is the realtor you want. Don't settle for less! You deserve the individualized, expert service he provides.
