ZillowVERIFIED Brad is simply the best. Why? Because he listens. NOT a pushy salesman, but a friend helping YOU find what YOU are looking for. Having newly arrived in Florida from another state, My wife and I were complete newbies to the area and most agents wouldn't give us the time of day. We happened to meet Brad by God's providence when we had given up on agents and started visiting homes on our own. Brad kindly, patiently took us under his wing and gave us all the time in the world like we were his only clients. We had no knowledge of the neighborhoods or what to look for and Brad patiently endured our non-stop BARRAGE of questions at all hours of the day. When other agents would have been tempted to give up or get short, Brad always responded with great patience and kindness and gave us all the answers we needed and took all the time we needed. He would even follow-up with us later when we had already forgotten we had even asked the question to provide us above and beyond with the answers we wanted and then some. He was always available by phone and replied right away. And, though I know we must have exhausted him at times, he never showed it and always gave us his best. Even when we were at the closing table and were having second thoughts, he never got pushy and was more than willing to work with us on a different deal, if that's what we wanted. He was the hero we needed as Floridian newbies and always made sure we were getting the best deal available. We have since recommended him often and will continue to do so. Thanks, again, Brad! I called Brad to interview him to sell my daughters home, and after that initial visit I knew that there was no need to interview anyone else. Brad is a very attentive and compassionate man. My daughter had passed away suddenly and having to deal with everything that is involved was overwhelming but Brad came through and made the whole process so much easier than I expected, and we had an offer on the house in less than 24 hours. If you need a realtor who you can trust Brad is who you need.

Aside from their overall knowledge of the Real estate market, I was impressed with their ability to listen to my concerns in selling the property. I remembered telling Brad that I wanted the property to be marketed as a Caribbean style house. He went with this suggestion and I believed this helped sell the house in a timely manner. Brad and Alisha also suggested that I adjust my initial asking price to align with the current market climate. Which shortly after resulted in more response from potential buyers.
