Bradley Comstock was born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, and is proud to call it home. He is devoted to God and his family, and has a passion for helping and educating others, which has been a perfect fit in real estate. Prior to real estate, he spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher, which he credits as where he learned patience and negotiation skills. Starting real estate as a side gig to supplement his teaching salary, he found it to be a quick fit and within 2 years he was able to leave teaching to solely sell real estate. Bradley loves the life and freedom real estate provides as well as the opportunities to meet and help new people each day.

I cannot say enough great things about Brad! We were brand new to the home buying process and had no idea where to start. Not only was Brad approachable, responsive, and professional, but he took time to explain the process in simple terms and always had a minute to answer our millions of questions. We always felt like a priority even though I?m sure our budget was on the lower side of his usual clients. Brad was honest and realistic about our chances given the crazy market conditions, but he managed to get us the first house we fell in love with for under asking price! Some may call it luck, but I think Brad has a little bit of magic too. He recommended a great handyman to make some repairs after we closed and has stayed in touch, even sending us a congratulations card once we moved in. We highly recommend Brad and will absolutely be using him again in the future!

As first time home buyers we were going into this process unsure of what we needed to do and thinking it would be one of the most stressful processes -- until we were paired with Bradley as our realtor. He was recommended to us by our lender and we could not be more thankful for that recommendation.
