HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about spending quality time with my family and enjoying the simple moments that life in East Tennessee provides. When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me on the golf course, unwinding and competing for fun, or making memories with my children--whether at the ball field, by the water, or exploring the mountains. FAMILY

I am a proud mom to two young children who are the biggest source of joy and motivation in my life. They keep me grounded, inspired, and constantly remind me of the importance of home, stability, and creating a life filled with love and purpose. Family time is incredibly important to me -- whether we're spending weekends outside, at sporting events, or just enjoying a quiet evening together, those moments are what fuel my passion for helping other families find the perfect place to call home. Bradlee has been an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I knew that we wanted to purchase a short-term rental in the Smoky Mountains, but aside from having a budget in mind, we had no idea what we were doing. What a blessing that my first inquiry on Zillow led to a phone call from Bradlee. Bradlees knowledge, of both the area and the short-term rental market, is unsurpassed. She listened to our wish list and was able to match us with potential properties that not only checked all of our boxes but would also provide an excellent return on our investment. She was incredibly accommodating of my husbands busy schedule and spent several evenings and weekends showing us cabins. She answered all of my many texts promptly, day or night. The perfect cabin came up for sale on a Sunday evening during a holiday weekend. Im not sure that Bradlee ever sleeps, because she sent the listing to me not even thirty minutes later. We were able to view it the very next day and had an accepted offer by that night. Post inspection, Bradlee got to work getting contractors to the property to give estimates on repairs. Negotiating is where Bradlee truly shines! Armed with those estimates, she not only got the seller to agree to all of the repairs, but also negotiated an even better deal than we expected! We could not be more pleased with our buying experience from start to finish. Bradlee made us feel like friends and made the whole process easy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor who will go the extra mile for their clients!
