Braden Smith

Braden L Smith is the Owner and Principal Broker of GNO Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout the Greater New Orleans area. A full-time real estate professional since 2013 and a real estate investor since 2010, Braden brings both brokerage experience and an investor's perspective to every transaction.

With a degree in Business Administration and a background in management, marketing, negotiation, and real estate investing, Braden takes a practical, data-driven approach to helping clients make informed real estate decisions. Rather than focusing simply on getting a property listed or putting a deal together, he believes clients should understand their options, the numbers, and the potential advantages and risks before deciding how to proceed.

For sellers, Braden provides market analysis, pricing strategy, property positioning, and straightforward guidance throughout the sale. His experience as an investor also gives him a strong understanding of property condition, renovation considerations, investment value, and situations involving properties that may need significant repairs.

For buyers, Braden focuses on helping clients evaluate both the property and the transaction itself, including value, market conditions, property condition, financing considerations, negotiation strategy, and long-term objectives.

Braden also owns REvitalize Property Solutions, a separate real estate investment and development company. This experience provides additional insight when working with investors, distressed or inherited properties, properties needing renovation, and owners whose circumstances may require evaluating alternatives to a traditional sale.
