I had some pretty lofty expectations, well above market, and wasn't really sure that we would be able to get even close to what I was looking to receive for my premium condo in downtown Columbus. Brad's team shot a video that was so perfectly representative of the "buyer" we were looking to appeal to, positioning our place as the nicest option available in a crowded offering of condos in the area. We were able to find our target buyer and receive the value we were looking for, while building downside risk protection related to the appraisal into the contract. This couldn't have been an easier or more satisfying experience and there isn't another real estate team in the Columbus area that I would recommend for a high end offering anywhere near downtown Columbus. Incredible job on their part. Oh, and we received 20%+ over all of the comparable sales in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED How many houses can one person look at before finally listening to their realtor? No idea, but it was a lot. I had a list of items I needed out of my first home, Brad was attentive and listened to all of my needs and originally suggested doing a new build. I immediately shut the idea down with thoughts that I would not be able to afford the endeavor. Brad assured me that it would be fine, however did not push the idea and we continued to look at already existing homes. Eventually after a few missed offers, I finally caved and ended up purchasing a new build. We had many delays through the process and Brad was there to advocate for me the entire time, help me with my many blue tape inspections, as well as give advice and I could not be happier. The neighborhood is perfect, the house feels like it was made just for my daughter and I (which lets be honest, it was), and once I have grass in my yard everything will be perfect. The only regret I have is not listening to Brad sooner. If you want a realtor who will be willing to stick with you for almost three years to see the deal to fruition, Brad is your guy.
