They helped by generating income through the difficult time after 2008 real estate crash and helped me make payments till the market improved and I was able to sell the house. I would have had a $500,000 loss if I would have been forced to sell in 2008. Amazing Months we spent with another agent from another company and got no where . After 3 days with this team I was seeing many homes and getting so much information on what to look for , the area, value, comparison, putting offers in, and guidance from Monica on what to look for and her personal advise and the teams advise on the homes. They made sure I didn't invest time in homes I wasn't interested in or didn't have what I was looking for they weeded out the bad ones and sent me so many wonderful homes and townhomes.. ZillowVERIFIED Brad and Karley recently helped us sell our home and buy a new one. We had originally planned on waiting until the spring because we thought we would have better luck with regards to more interest. We didn't think anyone would want to move around the holidays. Well, Brad was very consultative with us. He told us the pros and cons of selling during both seasons. He mentioned that in the winter, inventory is lower and that might work to our advantage. Well, he was right. We sold our house the second day it was on the market. We really appreciated Brad and Karley throughout the whole process. There was a ton of back and forth and they were very patient and responsive. There were even a couple of hiccups the closer we got to closing on both homes. We were very stressed out and Brad did an amazing job of talking me through the options and keeping me well-balanced. Brad is truly an expert in real estate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. It was truly a seamless transaction. Thank you again Brad and Karley!!! I miss talking to you both every day now that we are in our new home. :-)

ZillowVERIFIED As the executor over my brother's estate, I was entrusted with the task of preparing my brother's home for sale. Many realtors told me how quickly the home would sell, promising the moon, when in reality they only wanted the listing so I would sell it for them. Although hundreds saw the property, I received virtually no feedback since I was an out of town seller. After dropping the price over $40,000, I still had no success finding a buyer. Finally, I found Brad Winget's Team. Brad and his team came to the rescue by immediately recommending some simple solutions to make it easy for a buyer to see all of the charm and potential this home had for the right buyer. Finally, I had a realtor who knew the market and who was willing to work within my limited budget to draw the right clients in. If you try to save a buck by using those "bargain MLS listing services" be advised that you just hired the most inexperienced realtor out there, YOU. It's not a job for someone who just needs to settle an estate and move on. I sure learned that lesson the hard way. Thanks to Brad and the Winget Team, I am no longer burdened with a vacant home that would have sold well over a year ago had I known that Utah's Best Real Estate Group was the first call I should have made.

Karley was so great to get back ASAP, even when I text at 7 am :) I know they will miss those early morning texts. The transaction was smooth as could be, they help negotiate a counter that was significantly higher and also talk with buyers realtor to address concerns and walk buyers through options. ZillowVERIFIED I was a very busy first time home buyer, and I didn't want to spend hours and hours and days and days looking for a condo that met my needs, so after speaking with the team they said it would be best I drove around and figured out which areas I wanted to be in. I decided that the east side in Salt Lake was best for me, so they sent me condos that fit exactly what I was looking for. I ended up looking at 5 condos total until I found the perfect one and to this day I still love my condo and with their help I was able to do it while spending only hours to do so. While in process of a short sale with Bank of America, the bank sold the loan and the pipes in the home froze and burst causing thousands of dollars in damage to the home.
