Brad was a really good Agent ProfessionL in the interview but once I signed with him his service level and attention was poor. I had a very hard time getting Brad to call me back when I had questions. Then when he did return phone calls his arrogance telling me this is how he worked was unbelievable. The house sold which is a good thing but Brad contributed nothing to the selling effort and avoided communication once the listing agreement was in place You can do better

What convinced me most was not what Brad said but how he said things. He was totally honest with me and did not beat around the bushes. Brad admirably expressed all the positive details regarding my home.After a few days Brad hired a licensed photographer to take pictures of my home. These phenomenal pictures were posted on the internet within a couple of days for the sale of my home. Within a short period of time of posting my home was under contract for sale.Brad went above and beyond the call of duty, with his assistant the transaction coordinator, Lisa Weaver to make a smooth and easy transition for the sale of my home. Every time I had a question to ask Brad always answered me either by text or phone call. I must have had 100+ questions for Brad, some repetitive in nature, and others not. As many times i reached out to Brad, he never got annoyed at me and always made me feel calm with his appropriate response.I would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell a home for one reason or another to use Brad Weisman as the realtor. He also helped tremendously with the purchase of our new home. That too had its ups and downs but Brad was there for us no matter how difficult the situation was. ZillowVERIFIED Brad is very in tune with the ever changing market and had our home priced appropriately from the start. So much so that we had an agreement of sale within 3 days of listing our home. The amazing photos Brad took of our home to put up on the various home search sites didn't hurt either. Although we hit a snag when our buyers backed out, Brad stayed positive and kept us informed throughout the sale process. This included providing us with regular reports on comps in the area to show what we were up against, scheduling open houses during peak selling times, and provided viewing activity updates on our property. He was also very proactive in suggesting homes that we look at based on our preferences that he had taken time to become familiar with early on in the process. Because of all of his preparation, we were able to find the home our dreams within a week of reaching agreement to sell our prior residence. Brad made the settlement process very comfortable by effectively negotiating all of our pre and post-sale issues on both homes. His contacts in the mortgage and insurance fields also proved very helpful and wound up getting us the products that worked best with our financial situation. He also did two open houses and made a great effort to let the property be shown. I have had friends who's realtors never even do one open house so the fact that he did two I found very impressive. When offers came in on the property, he again was realistic with the offer and if it was fair or not and did not try to convince me to sell if he felt the offer was to low he tried to make sure I understood the pros and cons of each offer. Truly a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using him.
