Specific to the stars above. Sarah has lived in the area her entire life and knows the area well enough to casually remember when specific roads were paved. Local knowledge was definitely one of her strong suits. She was able to answer all of the questions we had and responded quickly if she wasn't immediately available. I didn't take a star off for her negotiation skills, I left it off because there wasn't much negotiation in our transaction. The seller accepted our first offer and the one issue that was discovered during the buying process was also resolved with the first recommendation. So her negotiations were perfectly successful with little to no resistance. She might be a world class negotiator, but I only got to see her get what we wanted using charm and a smile. In more detail, my wife and I were looking to move to this area from 1700+ miles away. This created all of the obvious complications to what is already a complex process to a layman like me. We had to rely on Sarah to do a lot of leg work that we normally would have done on our own. It would be foolish to think that Sarah was not unduly inconvenienced by the extra effort our transaction required, but you wouldn't have known it during our interactions. Between our in-person visits, she went above and beyond to handle everything that needed to be done as diligently (maybe more so) as we would have if we were close enough to do it ourselves. I really can't thank her enough for all the extra work she did to make our dream come true.
