ZillowVERIFIED Brad was great. We spoke with him about a property we saw listed online. While we did not buy that property, Brad was so open and friendly that we continued to work with him. Eventually, with his help we found a great home for us and our business in the Gettysburg - Cashtown area. Making everything work was not the easiest task - we were living in MA when we found the house we wanted. But with Brad's help - we got it all done. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad helped me and my wife buy our first house. He was fairly new as a realtor, but he grew up in the Gettysburg area and knew it well. He helped walk us through the process and was very direct with any potential problems he saw with the houses we were looking at (which we greatly appreciated). When it came time to make an offer he was very responsive and helped us get the house we really wanted despite competing bids and some bank paperwork that went sideways (bank's fault, not Brad's). Me and my wife have been in our new house for a few months and we are very happy with it. Brad did an excellent job helping us out and I would highly recommend him to others in the area.
