Review You wont find a better agent or human than Brad. We were looking for a very particular property type. When one came up, he met us immediately to see it. Lost that one to a bidding war but when the next came up, he was there immediately again - late in the evening, to take us through a property with no lights or electrical - he even brought headlamps! If we would have waited, it would have been gone. Brads commitment to us as clients landed us the perfect property.Weve now used Brad as our agent on 2 sales and one purchase. The Denver market is pretty insane and Brad has been in this game for long enough to know all of the ebbs and flows of this market. He has knowledge of everything from the furnace to the roof and knows what is worth pushing for with an inspection. Negotiations were all smooth and closings were easy and fast! While he was knowledgeable about the entire process, he was also proactive about bringing in other professionals to help us answer questions. There were a lot of hurdles for us to navigate: we were moving from out of state, first time home buyers & the closing process had several hurdles to overcome. Review My husband and I engaged Brad Sandler to help sell our house not really knowing what to expect (and not expecting much as a previous experience selling my fathers home was not at all satisfactory). Really, we thought, what do sellers agents do anyway except bring offers and find a title company to close the sale? Is it worth the cost?I am happy to share that all agents are not alike. Brad was actively engaged from day one. He truly added value to the process: Initially he walked me through the obtuse contracts (his own and the buyers) step by step and made the unintelligible understandable. He outlined what he would do to get information out and to generate interest in the sale of the house. (Take pictures, prepare a video, open houses, etc.) More importantly, he listened to us regarding what we hoped to accomplish and our time line. We were not disappointed. For instance, when it came time to negotiate around the results of the aEUR~professional inspection,' he did the heavy lifting and brought us a reasonable plan with no haggling or nit picking. Brad was our advocate and we always felt he was on our side. When it came time to close, as luck would have it, the closing date to sell our place was the same as the closing date for buying our new home aEUR" in another state. Brad came up with a plan such that we could close on both homes on the same day aEUR" and the plan worked!I honestly dont know what we would have done without his help and expertise. I felt like we had a partner watching our backs throughout the entire process. I recommend Brad and Green Door Living without reservation.

Because of the crazy market and the multiple bids on each home, our first realtor didn't work out because he wasn't very good at the offer stage. When we met Brad, we were frustrated that none of our offers were accepted by the buyers, even if we had the highest bid. Brad was outstanding. The first weekend we worked with him, we fell in love with a house in west city park area. There were a total of nine offers on the house, but because of Brad's brilliance and expertise at the negotiation/offer stage, which is really what matters most, our offer was accepted by the buyers. We are so happy in our new home, and highly recommend Brad to anyone looking at buying here in Denver. Although the market is crazy, finding a home is worth it!

He was in constant communication with us, the listing agent, even the lender, pretty much ensuring the entire process went smoothly.
