Review I first called Brad to give me an idea of what my home was worth because we had thought about starting the selling process. Brad came out to her house to give us information on what the next steps were. We had lots of questions since this was our first time selling a home. Brad answered all our questions and gave us honest feedback. Brad wasnt pushy and told us to think about it. After thinking about it we let him know we wanted to sell and find a new home that fit our needs. In the end Brad made the selling of our home and buying of our new home easy. Sure there is a waiting period, but Brad was there every time I called or texted him. When it came to buying a new home Brad had already knew of particular seller with a home that fit every need of ours. And thats the one we went with. We did look at several different homes but the relationship he had made with the seller of our new home was perfect. Brad worked on our behalf to make it easy which is what you want during the selling and buying of a home.

Review If you are purchasing a home in Grayson county, TX, you should definitely give Brad a call. His knowledge of real estate is excellent and his demeanor fantastic. I worked with Brad over a course of a couple of months. He was patient when I was uncomfortable about submitting an offer until my close of my prior home was buttoned up tight which was longer than expected. He is the perfect realtor for my tastes when viewing properties. He is prepared, ready with answers but doesn't have an issue should you be like me and take the lead on the walkthru. I would definitely use him again.

Review If you are buying a home, do yourself a favor and use Brad Rhodes, especially if you are a first time home buyer. From start to finish Brad gave us 110%! Our first home buying experience started out a mess and we had no idea what we were doing. We were really stressed out when we should have been excited about buying our first home. But when Brad came along, everything started to fall into place. He was patient with us and willing to explain anything and everything we were uncertain about. Even when asked him the same question 10 times in 10 different ways, he stayed patient. He worked with us and for us 24/7 and always answered my calls/text. I remember him sending me over some forms to sign when putting in our first offer on a home around 10:30pm and thinking wow, this is his time to be at home relaxing and he's working??? We experienced some challenges along the way but Brad always worked us through them and made us feel at ease with any decision we made. I know he had dozens of other clients at the time but we always felt like we were the only clients he had. We are so grateful that Brad ended up being our realtor. I highly recommend Brad if you are buying your first home. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Review OK, Folks. This is painful. You know how when you find something really special, you want to keep it all for yourself? Well, this is my challenge. However,in all fairness to Brad, I need to let you know how wonderfully he supported us through a very difficult series of options; without going into the ad nauseous details. Bottom line is that Brad helped us through offers on 3 different homes for my aged and critically ill parents until we were able to close on a really good home for them. All while we live in South Dakota, my parents live in West Texas, and we needed to move them to Denison, TX so they could have easy access to the Texoma Medical Center. Brad was super responsive, went above and beyond to help make it happen, and was "THERE" for us throughout. I hope you never need that kind of help, but whatever your need, I have absolute confidence that Brad can, and most importantly WILL help you as he helped us.

Review We recently had Brad represent us in a purchase in the Sherman,TX area. We lived quite a distance from Sherman. We contacted EasyLife Realty to work with another agent and had schedule issues so she asked Brad to work with us. Brad's response was immediate, helpful,and comforting. We had little time to act and Brad set up appts. on several homes and gave honest feedback as we toured each one. He handled negotiation for us, and many of the details that we could not be present for ourselves. Brad even found us a mover and insurance agent. He stayed involved throughout the entire process, including the move. Brad is a pleasure to work with and a fine person. We would recommend him highly to anyone.
