He knows everything about the buying or selling process from beginning to end. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, using a VA or FHA loan, or relocating with a job transfer, Brad and Team Papa are the go-to people. Team Papa pays close attention to the fine details from negotiations, inspections, structuring deals, and making counteroffers. We could tell Brad and his team was also very organized because he always knew what step we were at and never confused us or our situation with someone else (which often happens when a realtor has too many clients or lacks organization). While we waited for the closing date, Brad contacted us weekly to give updates or to check-in with us even if there were no updates. He always goes the extra mile. There is no one else I would recommend to other buyers or sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to buying a house lets be honest its difficult. You think you have all the areas covered - what to look for and what questions to ask. Brad was extraordinary at assisting me with the purchase of my home for several reasons, but mainly I felt I could trust him. He mentioned on several occasions he doesn't want to see me in a bad situation, to the point I may have considered a property and he pointed out several items he found, or knew of, and saved me a potential problem down the road. Bottom line, I felt in very good hands with Brad. He was patient, available, responsive, and helping through the entire process. There's realtors out there that will throw you in a contract as fast as they can to make a couple bucks - Brad's not that guy. He wants you to be set up for a successful future in your new house. I couldn't recommend him enough to friends and colleagues.
