I shopped national realtors and Brad surpassed them all. Brad worked with me, diligently, to get the house prepared and listed...and this was a minor listing. Much to my surprise an offer was presented before it even made the MLS. From zero to sold in 90 days! Brad is a hometown guy that, without a doubt, loves his community. He proved to me that he wants whats best for both buyers and sellers, and for residents in the area in general. I would recommend, at minimum, that you at least talk to Brad before you select a realtor. He gets it.

Told us the wrong inspection date then the wrong time. Told us the wrong date and time we needed to be out of the house. Then he didn't even show up for the closing because he was on vacation. Do yourself a favor and find another agent. Extremely disappointed.

When I went to view the house it had unfortunately had a deposit on it, but Brad didn't just walk away! He assured me that he would have a house that he felt would better suit my family's needs available in the week to come if I was interested. He followed through and worked hard to insure we had a home,even meeting with us after hours to sign the lease. We are more than happy with our experience and find him very easy to work with and communicate with!

Have not been able to sell since the one offer was approved.House remains on market and have never had another offer.Would NEVER recommend.

I was living in Nashville at the time and was only in town on the weekends and Brad made a list of properties for us to see one weekend I was in town. He knew what we were looking for and he showed us a variety of houses in our price range. Once we fell in love with this one, Brad began the paperwork almost immediately and it was a super smooth transaction. Every time I called him with a question, he would either answer immediately or return my call in a speedy manner.
