He was always available for showings during my schedule and immediately answered any questions that I had. I sold my home and found the perfect home and closed on both in only 3 months. With the market being the way it is right now with low inventory Brad did everything he could to find us our first home. His hard work paid off and we could not be happier! Brad is super knowledgeable on so many levels and pointed things out that we would have never noticed. You can be sure that he will do his research and inspect any prospect homes to be sure it is up to standard. Brad pointed out some serious issues with a home that I thought was "the one"... if he hadn't been our realtor we might be living in a home with cracked foundation. Our financing process was anything but smooth but Brad helped us through that and communicated that with the seller. That knowledge was especially valuable to us because we were new to town. He steered us away from some homes built with lower-quality materials and towards some better constructed ones. (After living in the area for several years and getting to know the housing market here, we're extremely grateful that he did this.) At the time we were looking to buy, the housing market was down. Times were tough for all of us. But instead of looking for the quick sale and pressuring us to buy, he was patient with us and took the extra time we needed to help us find the right home. It's been 5 years and we're very happy with our purchase. I strongly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy a home in the Lake Mills area.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was bending over backwards to find me my dream condo. I had given him some very specific items to look for. He delivered and I was very happy with it. I was also recently looking to move and had him go with my parents to see another condo. I asked him to check to make sure all the windows and doors opened, closed, and locked correctly and to get a quote from a local plumber for a tub change out. He did everything in a very timely manner, stopped to do it on his way back from his vacation! I ended up not buying the property but Brad has always been right there to make sure things go right even if I don't buy the property I asked to see. He is a real professional going the extra mile for you.

We were nervous and did not know where to start.A coworker recommended Brad because of his success at selling homes regardless of the real estate market.Brad walked through our home and gave us great advise and suggestions to help sell our house. He said he could sell our house in a week and even found a roofer for us to replace our defective shingles.When we were ready to sell, Brad was as good as his word and we got an asking price offer after 6 days!I have a coworker who will be selling her house in the spring and I did not hesitate to recommend Brad. I mainly wanted an agent to handle all the paperwork and also to reaffirm my decisions, as I felt I was fairly knowledgeable.
