My wife and I needed to sell our house as we had just put an offer on our new house as a contingent based on the sale our our home I performed an internet search and Brad was on the top of the list as a proven deliver! This was so true! Brad came out and we listed he had his photographer come out the next day the house listed, we had one showing and I know for sure they made an offer because Brad reached out to them quickly he convinced them to make an offer! We got our asking price the Brad knew our house was worth! Brad is extremely experienced and understands how the process works and how to close the deal I will only use Brad going forward fantastic experience!

Brad was a very knowledgeable person of the all the area and its history around Cleveland. His knowledge helped us narrow down our search and find the best available home for our move. He was very patient with us accommodating all our requests and schedules for the shows and was very prompt in his responses.
