ZillowVERIFIEDBrad not only listened to what we wanted but was willing to explain to us why certian tactics work and don't and what the risks are. He provided us knowledge and advice not only in the home sale but in preperations and items to be fixed and reputable people to do the work. If we ever move back to the QC there is no question what agent we will be using.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a multitude of challenges to overcome during purchase of our new home. Brad stayed patient, professional and helped us work our way to resolutions sellers, agent and lender. Even 30 days after the sale ... we had a problem with a leaking bath into the ceiling that was not properly disclosed by sellers ... Brad took action - and resolved it from the beach on his vacation in Mexico. Brad Gibson is the hardest working / most dedicated agent in the QC bar none ... Stay Thirsty my Friends. Kelly McDonald

ZillowVERIFIED As we are first time home owners, Brad is absolutely incredible and so thorough in his assistance. He took the time to tour us around the community, view houses, and managed the process of finding a high-quality builder (as we ultimately decided to build). He is patient, honest, and personable. We found that Brad is truly the expert within the Bettendorf market. He also explained everything within the contracts. Brad took out all of the stress of being a first time home builder, and I look forward to the day that I can work with him again. I will definitely reach out to Brad when I plan to sell my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Just top-notch! He pointed us to a lovely home that was, originally, outside of our notion of what we wanted. We had been looking at single family homes. What Brad helped us find was a great value of a villa/duplex. His honesty was awesome. I don't hold it against him that he's a Packers fan!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad did a nice job of showing homes to me in the Bettendorf area during an out of state relocation process. He understood my company's relocation process and worked hard to accommodate my crazy travel and work schedule while looking at homes. He was personabel and patient and did a wonderful job of offering guidance and support. I will use him again if the needs arises.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors over the years, Brad is by far the most knowledgable I have worked with. Not only knowledgable, but honest, determined, and very trustworthy. He has shown great patience in the home finding process, especially with my two daughters, both of which can be a handful. My girls are always asking when they get to see Brad again. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to know Brad via my parents, who worked with him on multiple buy & sell transactions. My first couple of engagements with Brad ended with no commission on his part. He maintained a very positive and professional relationship, which led to him listing our house when we relocated. The listing went very smoothly, and we were pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Brad, and plan on using him again if we return to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I spoke to Brad about selling my existing home in preparation for purchasing a larger home and expressed my potential interest in selling by owner. Brad was open and honest about the upside and downside of going this way and offered his no pressure assessment. I ultimately did sell by owner and appreciated Brad's feedback. He could have easily persuaded me to list, but took the long view and made a prospective future client happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad helped sell my mom's home when she passed away in July 2011, then helped me sell my home in Jan. 2012. He then helped me & my significant other find & buy this condo in Bettendorf in May 2013. He knows the area well & had good suggestions as to where we might want to live.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used several realtors in the past & none of them have compared to Brad. He helped us find the perfect home to suit our needs when we moved to Bettendorf. When we had to relocate again we called Brad & asked if he would do a market analysis for us. He generously offered even though we decided to sell FSBO. No commitments. He then brought through a buyer & we had a contract on our house within 3 days before we even put it on the market. Best realtor we've ever worked with !!!

ZillowVERIFIED I did not have a long buying process to work with Brad. He was the agent I was referred to by my husband's company. I got his name on Wednesday before I arrived in town to start looking for houses on Thursday. He had no problem with my sudden arrival and was well prepared to help me search for our new house. I happened to find one in that first weekend that didn't require a lot of negotiation, so he had an easy deal. He often didn't pick up his phone when I called and it went to voicemail, but he responded back generally very quickly. He and his wife were more than helpful during the paperwork process when I had to bring a one year old along and tried to help as much as able while I signed offers, etc. I contacted him months later requesting referral to a good plumber and he was more than happy to give recommendations. I'd recommend him highly based on my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad has sold two properties for me--a house and a condo. Both involved difficult negotiations and in each case, it looked like the deal was almost certain to fall through. But Brad was able to hold both deals together and bring us through to a successful closing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold and bought homes with Brad Gibson.Selling: He did a great job of marketing my home. He was also very helpful with suggestions to make my home more presentable for showings. He helped me get my asking price, which was very good.Buying: He was very accommodating with my schedule when showing me homes. House hunting trips were well planned and every efficient. He was very respectful of my request and only showed me homes that fit my price range and style of home. He never tried to upsale me into a home that was out of my price range. Made buying a home a more pleasurable experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad has assisted us with the purchase of income property and a second home . He has always been very professional and supportive with significant knowledge of the local housing market and the real estate process. Whenever we called or emailed Brad he was always very quick to respond. If we buy or sell a home again there is no doubt we would want Brad to be our real estate agent. We highly recommend Brad Gibson.
