ZillowVERIFIEDBrad recently helped us purchase our first home. I can not say enough wonderful things about working with him. I was 8 months pregnant at the time so we had a bit of a time crunch but Brad was able to find us the perfect home. He walked us through the process and explained everything thoroughly. Even after closing he has made himself available to answer questions or offer recommendations. He was recommended to us by friends and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad came through in a time when he was most needed.TL;DR : Brad and his team worked magic in one day and helped my wife and I get our house. My wife and I had been thinking about moving recently, and when we heard about the low interest rates we decided to go for it. We looked high and low with our realtor at the time to find a house that we liked, but non had felt like a home. However, one night we were sent the profile of a house that we loved. So we got an appointment set up for that following weekend to see it.The day of the house tour we get a terrible message that due to circumstances our realtor was unable to show us the house (understandably). So I frantically started calling everyone I could to see if they could show us the house, but everyone told me that since I already had a realtor they didn't want to 'step on her toes'. So finally my realtor's agency got back to me and told me that Brad was willing to cover for my realtor that day. So Brad showed up on a Sunday wearing his Baltimore Ravens gear and showed us the house. We liked the house and wanted it, but the catch was that we needed our offer to be in that same night. So Brad got his lender and the three of us got to working. By only communicating through texts, emails, and phone calls we were able to get everything done that night and won the bid. I am by nature a skeptical man. So working with people I had just met that same day with such an important thing was very overwhelming for me. However, Brad was very helpful, clear, honest, strategic, and kind. All those qualities continued as we worked with him through the entire process. Every week he would email us a well documented todo list of the things we should take care of that week. This was fantastic, and made the process more manageable. He was also very responsive, and easily reachable, and was always willing to explain something to us without making us feel dumb.Brad really helped us out when we needed it, and for that he gets a 5 star review from me.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so fortunate to have had Brad in my corner, throughout the entire process of dealing with my parents estate, and the prep & selling of their home. It can be an unpleasant experience, for many reasons, however, Brad was always there providing his expertise, but also moral support, throughout the entire process. Brad was always hands on, always responsive and available regardless of my many calls, texts, emails, etc. And in end, the final result spoke volumes for not only his professionalism, but his unwavering support from day one. I cannot say enough good things about what Brad did for me, and the legacy of my parents. Thanks, Brad

ZillowVERIFIED Brad got me my home at a price that was ALOT lower than what I was expecting. During the walkthroughs, he pointed out things that I didnt even see, both good and bad. He walked me through the process until the end, keeping me updated with constant contact so I did not feel lost. I walked away knowing more, which is something I cannot thank him enough for. Even during the times of COID-19, he was prompt, and at my side when I needed the support. I would recommend Brad to anyone that was hoping to purchase or sell their home! Thank you again Brad, I love my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was an amazing realtor to work with! As a first time home buyer, I was new to the process. Brad took the time to explain everything to me and while looking at houses he was extremely helpful with knowing what to look for to ensure what type of conditions the houses were in. I began looking at houses two years ago. When I decided to take a pause, Brad was extremely patient and didnt push anything on me. When I was ready to begin looking again, I called Brad and he was ready to offer his amazing services. Whether youre a first time home buyer or not, I definitely recommend Brad!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home is more stress then we had imagined. Brad not only helped us sell he helped us get to where we needed to get what we should for our home. He was professional, kind, considerate. Once we were gone from Maryland he took lead on the hiring of the services we needed and getting things done so it could be done. We could not have even hoped for such a wonderful real estate agent. If you hire brad there are no worries. Your home will be sold.

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to choosing real estate, we all know that it's location, location, location. But, when it comes to choosing the right Real Estate Agent to market and sell your home, it's results, results, results. In April of 2018 my daughter enlisted Brad Cox of The Vesta Group at Long and Foster to sell her home in the Baltimore area. He sold it in one day for over the listing price.Quite an impressive feat.In May, 2019 we naturally chose Brad to place our large North Baltimore County home on the market.Using state-of-the Art techniques and resources, Mr. Cox went to work and developed a comprehensive marketing plan that maximized our competitive advantage in an already crowded market. With great care and attention to every detail he then implemented that plan.Within one day we had a showing and the next day we had an offer.Mr. Cox skillfully negotiated the terms and price of the contract and that same day our home sold. Then, as we moved through the process towards settlement Mr. Cox attended to all the numerous details and provided us with advice and direction.Brad Cox handled the sale of our home with skill, integrity, and professionalism. We could not be happier...and we made a new friend as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad Cox and his team at the Vesta Group of Long and Foster were magnificent! We were able to find the perfect home without having to see a hundred places. This is because Brad listens! He asked the right questions to understand exactly what we were looking for. Then he went searching so we didn't have to. Once we found our new home, Brad was able to assist in the negotiations so we received the best value for our dollars. I highly recommend Brad and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Want to take a moment and thank Brad Cox on an exceptional job in selling our house in Timonium, MD. Brad always treated us on a professional level and was extremely knowledgeable in the proper steps with preparing the house for sale, negotiations, etc. Going through such an important experience means a lot to make sure it is done properly, and it was. Brad was even on the "calm level" at all times and was very good at keeping us there as well when we got a little excited. I would HIGHLY recommend Brad Cox for your real-estate needs. I would also like to add that he went out of his way to contact us a great relator in Florida that we were very happy with. Great job all around Brad!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I met Brad we had no idea what we were doing. He actually reached out to me when I wasnt even ready to start the home buying process yet. I told him I wasnt ready and didnt want to be hassled about it. We ended up meeting with him anyway and he couldnt have been a nicer guy. The whole experience wasnt about him trying to make a sale. He walked us through every individual step in the home buying process. He actually advised me to look at other options on a house that I liked initially because it wouldnt have been a smart buy. He very easily couldve let me buy it and made his money but he didnt. He genuinely cared and wanted what was best for us. I feel like thats a rare trait in todays society. I couldnt recommend him enough. Hes not only our realtor, hes somebody I would call a friend and Ill be coming back to him when its time to sell and move on to a new place. Thanks Brad!

ZillowVERIFIED I just purchased my first home and I was very fortunate to have Brad Cox as my realtor. Brad is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. He guided us through the whole process from start to finish and ensured that everything went as smooth as possible. He put forth a great effort to get to know us and help us find our dream home. Not only was he instrumental in finding a perfect house, but he also led us through the process of getting a mortgage, contract negotiations, home inspections, requesting appropriate repairs, and closing. We would have been lost without Brads constant guidance and assistance. Brad ALWAYS had our best interests in mind and he was always available whenever we had any questions. ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Brad Cox to purchase a new home in Lutherville. Brad was an amazing Realtor and a fantastic resource! Right away, Brad connected me with one of his preferred lenders who was able to get me pre-approved so we could find the right home. Then we looked at a bunch of homes aEUR" Ill admit I had a very specific set of criteria I was looking for aEUR" but Brad never lost his patience and remained encouraging throughout the search, offering advice and steering me clear of things I never would have noticed but Brad picked up. When we finally found the home that we thought might be the one, Brad told me about it and we were inside the house within 45 minutes of it going on the market (the listing agent told me that at the closing)! We were the first to see it, my offer was the first offer, and because of Brads advice, my offer beat out the other offers on the house. Then he led me through the process of getting the home inspected, negotiating the repairs, and making sure we kept to every deadline. I really felt like Brad was in my corner, and he went above and beyond my expectations on many occasions! If you need a real estate agent you can trust absolutely, you cant do better than Brad!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad is an exceptional realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Often, people look at real estate agents as having the "used car salesman" attitude; this is NOT the service you will receive from Brad. Not only did Brad sell my beautiful Mays Chapel Townhome in less than 5 days, he subsequently found my "forever" dream home. Despite the process being arduous at times, Brad kept me calm and continued to be beyond supportive, encouraging and patient. Thank you Brad for your hard work and dedication; your care and compassion for your clients is immeasurable.

ZillowVERIFIED Sale of my Parents' EstateI was the administrator of my parents' estate, and the sale of our family home was an extremely difficult time for me. Brad Cox was there for me through every step of the process. His patience and compassion helped me deal with the reality of selling the family home I had known for 50 years. The suggestions he made for improvements and repairs in preparation for the sale were instrumental in our family recieving the maximum value for the property. Brad developed a web listing with still photos and a video tour highlighting the home, extended family and friends raved over the presentation and commented on the great job he had done. Brad's knowledge of the market and his straight forward approach enabled us to list the home at a fair price to both seller and buyer. His ability to effectively A market the home and bring us together with the perfect buyer lead to a very timely sale in which both parties were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Brad to friends or family, without hesitation! THANKS BRAD!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the most difficult decisions to make is selling your parents home after there passing. After seeing Brad's wife Rachael at the gas station we were discussing my situation. She informed me that Brad was in real estate. I asked her to ask him to call me. His response was nearly immediate. We met (my brother and I) within a few days. From that initial meeting I could tell Brad was God sent. He looked around the the house, gave us a few ideas then we signed the contract. Brad was very thorough and explained allaspects of the contract so that we understood it.We could tell Brad was very knowledgeable and verypassionate about his work. He took the pressure off ofus and took it upon himself. Brad's communicationskills were excellent. No matter when we had a question he was always there. Brad sold the house in28 days and closing was 10 days later. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What an awesome agent. Brad comes highly recommended from us to anyone who is looking foran agent who has your best interest at stake. He definitely works hard for you. With Brad you cannotgo wrong. Thanks again Brad, your the Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dawn Schanne and Tom Casper
