It was my first home buying experience so I didnt know what to expect so unfortunately I kinda just went with the flow. However Brad never toured any homes with me which left me feeling like I wasnt much of a priority. I would recommend him to someone who is knowledgeable of the home buying process and doesnt need much hand holding but if you are not knowledgeable and are looking for a true partner in this experience...I dont know.

ZillowVERIFIED I talked to him on the phone about a house that the other agent didnt care about selling. But got honest truth from him that I needed. Added himto my phone to call. Also had another agent that showed me a coming house I already knew about before she did. That made me mad. Not Zillow! Then sold under my nose. I didnt tell Brad the house address, was too late!! . I did tell him about her too. That is a person not trying. If I buy a house, will be a buy and sell involved even though if I found the perfect house, I will buy first! Then sell mine. He spent a lot of time with me just on the phone. I really appreciated that and he gained my trust. We have never met and my wants may need a contractor also he knew too, I hope not!! . I am not the normal buyer. Want what I want and he didnt care except knew the one I was interested in and the price. Actually his office is down the road from me. But I liked him, very important to trust somebody like Brad. Havent worked so hard to look for a house, but makes me mad if one I am interested in is already sold!! I havent seen it and hope working with Brad and Zillow will be a much a much better experience. Would not write this review if I didnt feel comfortable with him. We will see but just judging the book by its cover just talking, I appreciated him. And the house that I was so concerned about, he was so honest and knew the facts. Why is that?? Also not paying attention to what I was looking for as in this case I met Brad, Zillow called to ask me about the house and needed help, as they knew I wanted an agent like him they have to know the person and connected me to him about the house I was interested in. I know I am putting a lot on him but he sounds so nice and helpful, maybe I will find that house. Thanks to Zillow.They want to help you and make sure you are happy as companies should.

He took the time to explain every step and answer all of our questions, was timely and professional in his response, and never pressured us into anything. He even pointed out some issues with some of the houses we went to look at to warn us of potential problems- Brad was always looking out for us!
