ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Brad. He was professional and courteous, and returned all calls promptly. He drove an hour and a half to show us the house that we ended up buying. He also kept us aware of what the owners were doing and had no problem contacting them if they were not prompt on their responses to our inquiries. Also, he introduced us to our mortgage company which gave us a excellent mortgage. He also handled my crazy exceptionally well.

Brad explained the paperwork to us and answered our questions. Any questions he couldn't answer he answered in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED After contacting more than a dozen realtors, and most not even returning my call, we found Brad. Brad was very helpful and knew a great deal about loans, finding the homes that fit my goal and in general, everything I'd need to know. He showed us dozens of homes and was honest about weather or not we should buy then. Even stopping us on one occasion so that we wouldn't end up with something we'd regret. After finding us the home we now live in, he help my brother sell his home. I believe it was sold in less than 1 month. Brad is excellent, honest and friendly.

I was moving to Missouri from another state and it was a little difficult to understand the St. Louis area for me. He drove hundreds of miles around the St. Louis area to meet us at different locations that we picked out; and set us up with Listingbook to allow us to either search on our own or be sent daily updates as houses came on the market meeting our criteria.He's a hard worker and goes above and beyond to make sure you're where you want to be in the end; and I personally recommend him in your next house buying or selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved back to the St. Louis area from Las Vegas and was looking for a house. In my searching for many realtors I had spoken to Brad but initially had another realtor "on the hook" if you will. I did not like the service or support from that realtor so I called Brad back. I am glad that I did. Brad's local knowledge is outstanding as well as his client support. Several times I called him short notice and he could always accommodate my needs no matter where we might have wanted to look. He also has great management skills because I know that I was not his only client. Additionally, one of the better fringe benefits of working with Brad is that he is very knowledgeable in the construction and electrical areas; therefore he can help his clients with looking at the structure of the house and the condition to let the client know how much work might need to be done. Without a doubt, if you are looking for a client oriented realtor, this is the one person you should call. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad Cary did an excellent job, he took the time needed to figure out exactly what we want in a house and try to find us the right place to raise a family. Not only did he take the time to drive to the locations we wanted but also was in constant contact through the listings page to narrow searches and give us all the information we needed to make the best educated decisions. His knowledge in the housing market and also in the constrution field gives a more open look at houses just not at the cosmetic things. Always looks at the big picture not just the small things.
