Brad was patiend and showed me the differences of each area as well as the positives and negatives of each home or area we were looking at. Then I had a much better idea of what I was looking at and we were on the same page. Brad found me some very good homes to look at and eventually was able to get the right one. ZillowVERIFIED Brad set me up to receive the MLS listings immediately after asking me questions to determine what I was looking for regarding type of property, square footage desired, and area(s) I most wanted to live in. He was quick to respond when I let him know I was interested in seeing a property and did his best to set up viewings even if it was on short notice. Brad is quite knowledgable about a wide range of communities so I felt confident he would give accurate assessments on different communities and areas. Brad kept on top of the whole house buying process from start to finish to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. He did his best to negotiate a good purchase price. I felt he was there for me the whole time - from house search, price negotiation, the mortgage process, and the closing. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone contemplating searching for a property to buy. I feel sure he would be just as conscientious as the selling agent, also. If the time comes for me to sell a property I will definitely contact Brad.

He arranged for us to see homes in various communities, and was great to work with long distance. Once he got to know us, and what types of things we liked, he was able to present homes to consider that we might not have selected. We ended up buying the one he said "he could see us living in". Once the offer was made, he worked to get us the best deal possible, and was there right up to the day we took the keys. He became more like a friend than just a realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Brad Buntrock sold my house in 2008 when nothing, and I mean nothing was selling. Most people that didi sell were taking a bath too. Not me though. If you listen to Brad he will put you and your family interests first. In my opinion realtors are a dime a dozen. What set Brad apart from the rest was his extensive knowledge of this market, his ability to make things happen (close the deal), and his quick response to my calls and emails. So many realtors talk a big game until you sign on with them and then they are busy trying to get new clients. Not Brad, he almost always answers his phone and if he doesn't he always called me back pretty darn quick.Brad will be my realtor if I ever move again!
