BBRE sent us new listings instantly as they hit the market and got us out there quickly to see them. We ended up purchasing a condo for 98.4% of the asking price which was unusual in this market where properties were selling for 100% or more of asking price. BBRE also referred us to a great lender that made the process very smooth. BBRE Took care of everything for us and it didn't cost us anything for their services. We were very happy with the entire process.
