We were on a very tight schedule (less than 3 days) to empty the contents and get it on the market before flying back to Florida. They then arranged for cleaning and staging. The entire team was responsive to all our questions and concerns. They arranged for inspection and also the minor repairs to the property. We accomplished everything without having to physically return to Davenport. They are a great team and would highly recommend them. They were recommended to us and they did not disappoint.

I especially like their very detailed questionnaire that allowed them to learn everything needed about the house to market it properly. They got a great price in a very short time. Throughout the process, they were extremely attentive and their communications were always thorough. My father is 90 years old and in assisted living. Brad and Dawn made a number of trips in person to visit my dad to handle the various documents and ensure that he understood everything. ZillowVERIFIED The Boeye real estate team consists of three individuals, meaning someone is almost always available to answer a question, respond to an email, or show a house. All three are involved with each sale from the start, so there is no need for you to "catch them up" on your house search. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, but if they do not know an answer they are willing to tell you that and then find the correct answer for you. The are also flexible with their time. They understand that you probably work and cannot always be available between 8 and 5 everyday. I am an attorney and work crazy hours, so I really appreciate their flexibility. Furthermore, they really respect your budget. We told them our budget and every house they showed us was either directly in that budget or priced just a little over our budget. I really appreciated this respect for the budget we set. Ultimately we purchased a home roughly $40,000.00 below our budget. We have already recommended the Boeye real estate time to some of our best friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
